Popular quick-service restaurant opening three new locations in Milwaukee, 13 total expected to be added in Badger state

Taco John's Set to Get Bigger. Bolder. Better. in WisconsinMilwaukee, WI  (RestaurantNews.com)  Taco John’s is ready to serve its signature tacos, burritos and crispy Potato Olés® with three new locations planned for the Milwaukee metropolitan area.

The popular Mexican quick-service restaurant will kick off the first of three openings at 2172 Miller Park Way on Friday, Jan. 20, near American Family Field — home of the Milwaukee Brewers. The location will be open at 6 a.m. for breakfast, and a grand opening celebration will follow at a later date.

The second location is projected to open in February 2023 on West Greenfield Avenue in West Allis, and the third location is expected to open in Q2 of 2023 on West Layton Avenue. As part of an overall 13-restaurant agreement with Pentex Restaurant Group, Taco John’s is expected to open in Kenosha, Racine and West Bend, with plans to search for additional sites.

The Miller Park Way restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday. Breakfast will be served until 11 a.m. The drive-thru will be open until 11 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday, closing at midnight on Friday and Saturday.

Taco John’s restaurant on Miller Park Way will mark the brand’s second location in the Milwaukee metropolitan area and the 31st location in Wisconsin. The original Taco John’s Milwaukee location in Waukesha, also operated by Pentex, was recently remodeled.
