The 26th season of South Park gets a premiere date.

Comedy Central announced that South Park’s 26th season will premiere on Wednesday, February 8th, and air throughout 2023. Each new episode will be available for streaming on South Park’s official website, Comedy Central’s website, and the Comedy Central app after they premiere.

The new season was expected following the previously announced deal between MTV Entertainment Studios and South Park creators Trey Park and Matt Stone which would extend South Park on Comedy Central through 2027. The deal will see the animated comedy through to a 30th season.

In addition to the series orders, the deal includes 14 original made-for-streaming exclusives for Paramount+ that includes South Park: The Streaming Wars Part 1 & 2, South Park: Post Covid, and South Park: Post Covid: The Return of Covid.
