Today Ubisoft has implemented its new Global Creative Office, which it says will elevate creativity and ensure that it delivers high quality games.

The organization will be made of poles, each will focus on their areas of expertise from audiences, game design, and tech.

Ubisoft said that moving anyway from a centralized firm for creativity can better support segments of the company.

Additionally, the announcement said that chief creative officer, Igor Manceau will be departing the publisher by the end of next month.

Manceau will be refining the creative office with Marie-Sophie de Waubert, SVP of studios, Martin Schelling, SVP of production, and Sandrine Caloiaro, chief portfolio officer.

Guillemette Picard, SVP of production technology and studio managing directors will be working with the group as well.

De Waubert will temporarily overseeing the Global Creative Office’s management following Manceau’s exit.

“In a fast-moving industry, it’s essential that we continue to adapt. I am grateful for Igor’s contribution to refining Ubisoft’s creative approach and for his commitment to bringing fresh ideas that level up the way we create,” said Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot.
