Thorpe’s involvement in the Seattle community is unparalleled. Last year, Summit Capital pledged to match all donations resulting in a final contribution of $10,000 to Northwest Harvest. Thorpe and his team manned the weekend-long event and look forward to resuming production in early October.

“The Laurelhurst Haunted House is a passion project for my son, Hunter, and I. We look forward to bringing the Seattle community together, for the eighth year in a row”. Jim Thorpe

The haunted house is part of a community service project at Hunter’s high school, Bishop Blanchet. This year they have expanded the event to include more interactive characters and a new set design.

While the spooky attraction is for all ages, it’s recommended that children bring along an adult guardian if they are sensitive to graphic, or mature themes.
